Romania has many beautiful places to visit and one of them is the Painted Monasteries of Bucovina. That are located in the northeastern Romania. Their painted exterior walls are decorated with elaborated 15th and 16th century frescoes that feature portraits of prophets and saints, images of angles and demons, heaven and hell and also scenes from Jesus's life.
